Uniform Admission Policy If you attended a school other than a Texas public high school you are required to submit a high school certification form along with your high school transcript.

You may be required to submit an additional copy to the Office of Financial Aid if you are applying for Texas Grant or Top 10 Percent Scholarships.

Test scores supposedly identify whether or not students have the raw cognitive capability to excel, and school grades are supposed to demonstrate how well or not students took advantage of the classroom opportunities afforded to them.
